Psychotherapy Sessions

After one session to decide if we would like to work together, I normally suggest an initial 6 sessions on a weekly basis. For some this might be enough, for others longer term work is appropriate. Each session is one hour long.

As the work proceeds, your particular rhythm will inform the frequency of sessions required. For short periods, two or even three weekly sessions might be appropriate, at other times longer intervals between sessions may fit your specific body rhythm.
